Service notifications are triggered when the status of a service changes e.g. when a service is suspended.

You can manage your service notifications settings by navigating to 'Notifications' section from the top right menu as shown below: 

You can opt in/ opt out for specific notifications by checking or un-checking the various options.

Currently, the product supports three types of notification alerts through email -

  1. Service Key Regenerated - Generated when any user with the privileges regenerates a service key
  2. Rule Expiry - Generated 48 hours before a rule is about to expire
  3. Service Update - Generated when a service status is changed by a user
